Critical letter to Be Sent ASAP!

Dear Coalition Friend:

A Unified Voice:
The comment period for the SGEIS ends in just 2 weeks. In order to have a unified voice for responsible gas drilling, the CNY Landowner's Coalition is partnering with the Joint Landowner's Coalition (JLC) in a collective response to our NYS DEC. This is the easiest and most effective way for us all to make a positive statement for responsible gas drilling in our state.

Send one letter per family/business member:
We are asking that you print a copy of the attached JLC letter for each member of your family and send it to the address below. Please have one letter for every individual within your family or farm as it will create a better visual for the DEC to get more letters from our coalition. Have each family/farm member sign their own letter and then send them to the JLC address below - they are collecting all the letters and will send them on to the NYS DEC. To save on postage, you may send up to four signed letters to the JLC in one envelope.

Download the letter here (Acrobat reader required): http://cnylandcoalition.org/downloads/JLCNY_DEC_Letter.pdf

And mail it to:
PO Box 2839
Binghamton, NY 13902

The JLC is sending a Follow-up Document to the DEC:

What we are sending to the JLC is an abbreviated version of the document they are sending separately. Our unified response will show the DEC that we are on the same page and will expedite their review process of our collective concerns.

Please Don't Delay - Print and Send these letters today:
We cannot delay in sending these letters in. Please print them off and get them to the JLC asap. What we do together will have a greater impact on the DEC that what we could do separate.

Thanks for your partnership in this. Your follow-through will help move responsible natural gas drilling move forward in New York.

We Accomplish More Together!
