Steve Palmatier HAS BEEN APPOINTED NATURAL GAS CONSULTANT FOR CHENANGO COUNTY.

The Central New York Landowners' Coalition representing more then 160,000 acres would like to congratulate Mr. Palmatier on his new appointment. There is a job description attached to this post and this is to show you how important this job really is to us and all the people in this county. We hope that Mr. Palmatier works with us in all of our environmental concerns as well as anything else that will affect our way of life in this county. It is hoped that he protect our State Lands against any kind of encroachment preserving them as they were intended for preservation in their original state for all future generations. One of the great gifts given to uw by our forfathers  in New York State are these blocks of land in all their glory for our recreational use. We feel that it is important that he work towards passing laws licensing Landmen in order to hold them accountable for any misinformation that they give etc. It is time that the lying and cheating of our misinformed population be stopped. We also feel that it is essential, especially now that things are beginning to move again in New York that we all hold together in order to make the most positive deal regarding our land, our lives, and the inheritance that we wish to leave our children. This, of course means the government the people and the gas companies. We wish Mr Palmetier luck and will follow his new career closely with interest and hope.
