Kirkwood coalition OKs $48M gas deal

Members of the Kirkwood Gas Coalition have voted in favor of a proposal that could give them $48 million over the next eight years.\

NOTE THIS WAS NOT A DONE DEAL WITH A GAS COMPANY BUT A FORMULATION OF THE DEAL TO BE PRESENTED TO GAS COMPANIES.
