Legislature introduced to increase royalties from forced itergration

Assemblywoman Lupardo just introduced legislation to increase the royalties for integrated owners in the Marcellus Shale region in New York. Below is a link to the bill (A.10956).
Senator Valesky's office has indicated that they will be introducing it in the Senate as well.
