EQT forms joint venture to expand Marcellus footprint - Pittsburgh Business Times

EQT Production Co., the natural gas development arm of EQT Corp., headquartered in Pittsburgh, has announced its intentions to expand its footprint in the Marcellus Shale formation into Northeast Pennsylvania and Southern New York State.

To do that, EQT is partnering with Endless Mountain Energy LLC, of Olyphant, Pa., an exploration and production company operating in that part of the shale.
